AI audit and strategy
A short, paid diagnosis inside your operations. What's costing you time, which parts AI can plausibly fix, and which it can't. You get a written plan you can act on with us or without us.
AI strategy & implementation for SMEs
We work out where AI will actually help, tell you where it won't, and build the parts worth building inside the tools your team already uses.
The problem
A firm of forty people has real operational problems and nobody whose job it is to solve them. Hiring for it is expensive and hard to judge. Buying a platform means bending the business to fit it.
is rebuilding the same report every Monday, by hand, from three exports that never quite agree with each other.
is being triaged by whoever gets there first. Quotes go out late, and the customer who was ready on Tuesday has moved on by Thursday.
don't talk to each other, so the same customer details get typed into the booking tool, the accounting software and the CRM by three different people.
Some of these are AI problems. Some are process problems wearing an AI costume. Telling the two apart is most of the job, and it's the part we do first.
What we do
Zolin is an AI strategy and implementation firm for small and medium enterprises. Strategy and build are one offer: we won't sell you an audit without saying what happens after it, and we won't sell you a build without showing how it was decided.

Systems that live inside the tools you already run: your inbox, your CRM, your accounting software, WhatsApp. Every one logs what it does and hands back to a named person when it isn't sure.
Businesses change and systems drift. We stay on to keep what we built working, extend it as you grow, and be the people your team messages when something needs a decision.
How we work
We diagnose before we build, and we never quote a build we don't understand yet. This is what an engagement looks like, in order.
Thirty minutes to understand your problem and tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it, and whether it's an AI problem at all.
Quoted in writing before you commit. We spend time inside your operations and hand you a written plan you can act on with or without us. It is a complete piece of work in its own right, so it is priced on its own rather than folded into a later build.
If a build is worth doing, the price comes from what we found, not what we guessed. You see it before we start, along with what we recommended against building.
Ongoing support, scoped with you. We keep the system working as your business changes, and extend it when it earns the right to grow.
The ten steps of a build, in the order they happen. You sign off before anything goes live, and you hold the logins throughout.
Everything we build runs in your accounts, on your tools. If we part ways, it keeps working and you keep it. Nothing we deliver carries Zolin branding in the interface your staff use.
Our systems log what they do and hand back to a named person when they aren't sure. We support judgement; we don't replace it. If a decision matters, a human makes it.
What we say no to
Every engagement we scope includes what we recommended against building. It's the part clients keep. These are the things we turn down most often.
Who we are
Zolin is a compression of the two people who built it: the Z from Linzie, the -olin from Nicholas. It's the AI team a growing firm can't justify hiring, and it sounds like a person because it is two.
Co-founder · Builds the systems
Self-taught developer. Started in automation and trading systems, and built his first AI system for a medical clinic on one rule: technology serves the business using it, not the other way round. He's the one who makes it work on Friday afternoon, not just in the demo.
Singapore
Co-founder · Runs the diagnosis
Twelve years running operations in financial services, superannuation and pharma before Zolin, plus an MBA and a Master of Marketing from Melbourne Business School. She's the one who makes sure what gets built makes sense to the person who has to live with it.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, it's a good opener for the call.

Owner-operators and operations leads at firms of roughly five to a hundred and fifty people, anywhere in the world. So far that has included legal, accounting, consulting, finance, health and beauty businesses. Sector is a detail, not the identity.
Yes. Zolin is Singapore-registered, our founders are based in Singapore and Melbourne, and we work with clients globally. Most engagements run over video calls and WhatsApp, so time zone has never been the hard part.
The fit call is free. The diagnosis is a fixed fee, quoted in writing before you commit. It is a complete piece of work in its own right: time spent inside your operations and a written plan you keep whether or not you build with us. For that reason it is priced on its own rather than credited against a later build. Builds are quoted from what the diagnosis finds, so you always know what the next step costs before you take it.
Then we say so. In most first audits, some of the bottlenecks turn out to be process problems rather than technology problems. You still get a written plan you can act on, and we tell you before quoting any build.
You do. Everything we build runs in your accounts, on your tools, and stays yours if we part ways. No lock-in is a stated commitment, not a footnote.
Under the privacy regime of your market: the PDPA in Singapore, the Privacy Act in Australia, and the UK GDPR or GDPR for UK and EU clients. Before any build touches personal data we walk you through exactly what the system stores, where, and who can see it.
