These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at zolin.io and your enquiries to GenHub Inc Pte Ltd (UEN 202334943N), trading as Zolin ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Zolin is an AI strategy and implementation firm for small and medium enterprises. We assess where AI will help a business, say where it won't, and build custom AI and automation systems inside the tools the business already uses. We are incorporated as GenHub Inc Pte Ltd under the laws of Singapore, with founders based in Singapore and Melbourne, and we work with clients globally.

Contacting us through zolin.io, WhatsApp, email or a booking link does not create a binding service agreement. A service relationship exists only once a signed service agreement or scope of work is in place between you and GenHub Inc Pte Ltd. Information you share with us during enquiries and fit calls is treated as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

4. Intellectual property

The content of zolin.io, including text, graphics, the Zolin wordmark and dot mark, and code, is the property of GenHub Inc Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent. Ownership of systems we build for clients is governed by the service agreement for that engagement, not by these Terms.

Our website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and Calendly, which we use to communicate with you. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party service. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any content on the website. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing on this website is advice specific to your business; that comes from an engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenHub Inc Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of zolin.io, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website will not exceed SGD 100.

The delivery of Zolin's services, including AI audits, strategy work, custom builds and ongoing support, is governed by a separate service agreement between you and GenHub Inc Pte Ltd, which names the governing law, currency and the privacy regime that applies to your market. These Terms apply to website use only.

Your use of zolin.io is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
